Delete your RXGE Auto account
In the app
Open RXGE Auto, go to Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email support@rxgeauto.com from the email address you registered with, using the subject Delete my account. We may ask you to confirm it is your account. We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile
- Your cars, service logs, modifications and reminders
- Vehicle document details you entered, such as registration, insurance and NTSA dates
What may be kept
Payment records, if you ever made a purchase, may be kept for as long as the law requires. Backups, where kept, are overwritten on a rolling basis.
Active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play. Cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions before you delete your account.
